Analisis Literasi Digital Siswa melalui Media Ilustrasi 3D Mental Canvas Studi pada Materi Tata Surya di SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna

Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak media ilustrasi 3D Mental Canvas terhadap literasi digital siswa dalam pembelajaran materi tata surya di SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 30 siswa kelas VII sebagai subjek, data dikumpulkan melalui angket berdasarkan lima dimensi literasi digital Chetty et al. (2018). Hasil menunjukkan variasi signifikan pencapaian antar dimensi: literasi media (79,72%) dan literasi informasi (77,71%) menjadi kompetensi terkuat berkat visualisasi interaktif yang mengonversi konsep abstrak menjadi representasi intuitif, serta integrasi sumber otoritatif (NASA, Quiz.com) yang meningkatkan verifikasi fakta dan identifikasi hoaks. Di sisi lain, literasi komputer mencatat skor terendah (72,78%) akibat kendala teknis (lag, error loading) yang merefleksikan kesenjangan infrastruktur, disparitas pengalaman teknologi, dan minimnya pelatihan praktis.
Abstract
This study analyzes the impact of Mental Canvas 3D illustration media on students’ digital literacy in learning solar system material at SMP Negeri 3 Adiwerna. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach with 30 seventh-grade students, data were collected via questionnaires based on Chetty et al.'s (2018) five digital literacy dimensions. Results reveal significant variations across dimensions: media literacy (79.72%) and information literacy (77.71%) emerged as the strongest competencies, supported by interactive visualizations that converted abstract concepts into intuitive representations, and the integration of authoritative sources (NASA, Quiz.com) which enhanced fact verification and hoax identification. Conversely, computer literacy scored lowest (72.78%) due to technical constraints (lag, loading errors), reflecting infrastructure gaps, technology experience disparities, and insufficient practical training
